Our Story

"Mia Yeast" reveals our German origins and background. Our love, passion and devotion is reflected in every loaf of bread. The ingredients are exclusively organic and many of them are Demeter and Bio-gro certified and most importantly - Made in New Zealand.

Come and See Us 

You will find us outside at the Waiheke Ostend Market located in Ostend every Saturday from
8am-1pm (unless sold out).  During wet weather, you will find us inside the hall.

Or, visit our bakery at 4 Totara Road, Onetangi every Friday from 12.30pm-5.30pm, and Sunday for breakfast rolls and sweet goodies from 8am-12.30pm.

 

Alternatively you can place an order with us online to make sure that you don't miss out, and collect it from the market.
